What is Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)?

Search Engine Optimisation is the process of driving targeted traffic to a website through the organic search results. It involves implementing our latest proven and tested tactics with the aim of ranking web pages on page 1 of Google and other search engines such as Bing and Yahoo.

How long does SEO take to work?

SEO is a longer term marketing tactic and depending on the competitiveness of the keywords being targeted can take usually 3 – 6 months to start seeing measurable results. Since we have experience in working with Removals clients we know generally what works and the keywords to target. This helps us to get the project moving and speed things along.

What is Pay-Per-Click (PPC)?

PPC is an advertising model that we use to drive targeted traffic to websites, using tools such as Google Adwords. This involves positioning adverts at the top of the search results pages which are activated when people search for the keywords being targeted. Each time a user clicks on teh advert they are then sent to the linked website, and charged by Google on a cost per click basis. The fee is determined mainly by the competitiveness of the chosen keywords.

How long does PPC take to work?

Once a PPC campaign is set up the adverts will appear at the top of the search results immediately in most cases. This will then start to bring new website visitors to the website the same day.

Since we have experience of running PPC campaigns for removals companies we know what works, and use this knowledge when setting up new Removals campaigns.

Will this work on my existing website?

In most cases yes, however we will advise if there are any issues preventing us from using the existing website. In some cases we will need to create a new website or replicate the existing on onto an alternative platform such as WordPress.

When can I expect results?

Depends on the package chosen, see below:

Bronze Package: This monthly SEO retainer involves allocating a set time to the project each month to move the website higher up in the search engines. In our experience it generally takes a good 3 – 6 months to to start receiving a solid flow of direct leads, which then tend to increase month on month.

Silver Package: This is a more aggressive SEO package and means that a lot more of the work is carried out in the early stages to attempt to get get quicker results. We generally see good results around the 3 month mark and hit the agreed targets on average around month 4.

Gold Package: This package combines the Silver package with Google Adwords so that we can generate leads in the early months whilst waiting for the SEO work to take effect. We usually see leads start coming in within the first week once the PPC campaign is up and running.

What return can I expect on my investment?

As an example if your were to receive an extra 500 monthly website visitors based on an average conversion rate of 10% that would result in new 50 leads per month. Recent clients are closing around 40% of leads so based on that it would potentially generate 20 new clients each month.

If you average just £200 per job for example then that could potentially generate £4000 per month.
